Sarawak Rural Broadband Network (MySRBN) is a Sarawak Digital transformation initiative by the Sarawak Government driven by Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation (SDEC), to widen the internet coverage and provide connectivity to the rural community in the remote areas of Sarawak.

Using Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) technology solutions, the Sarawak Government is committed to providing high-speed broadband internet to rural and remote areas in Sarawak at affordable prices.

You will enjoy an affordable broadband package with unlimited access up to 30Mbps internet speed.

Individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to subscribe to MySRBN.

Non-Malaysians are not eligible to subscribe to MySRBN.

To register, please download the MySDEC app by scanning the QR code or click on the App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery button available at https://mysrbn.sarawak.digital/apps-registration/

The registration process through MySRBN portal will take 2 calendar days (including Saturday and Sunday) for approval. Upon confirmation of your registration, it takes up to 14 calendar days for installation.

Before installation, the installer will contact you through SMS or phone call to make an appointment.

The installer’s phone number will not be given to the customer.

You will get an Indoor Unit (IDU) and Outdoor Unit (ODU). The ODU contains a SIM card that resembles the SIM card on your mobile phone. You will also get the basic access training.

The installation process involves connecting wires, cables, and minimal drilling process.

Currently, MySRBN package is free of charge until an announcement is made by the YAB Premier of Sarawak on subsidy rate. The MySRBN package is the lowest package in the market.

You can make payment via topup through the MySDEC Apps.

There are several options for you to make a complaint:
a) Call the 24-hour MySRBN hotline at 1800-88-7709.
b) Contact the MySRBN Customer Service via Whatsapp at 082-364 743.
c) Visit the MySRBN official website at https://mysrbn.sarawak.digital/contacts/ and submit your complaint in the ‘Contact Us’ section.
d) Visit MySRBN official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/MySRBN and send your complaints in the ‘Chat’ or ‘Private Message’ space.
